Every package of The 30-Day Junk Challenge comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If the plan is not for you, for any reason, you get your money back. No form, no phone call, no explanation required, and no offer to "pause" instead.
How to get a refund
- Email support@junkdiets.com from the address you bought with, within 30 days of purchase.
- Write "not for me" (or anything to that effect) in the message.
- Your money is returned to your original payment method within 5 business days. Refunds are issued by the merchant of record that processed your payment (Lemon Squeezy or Paddle), and the exact time for the funds to appear depends on your bank.
Details
- The guarantee covers 30 calendar days from the day of purchase, for every tier ($27, $37, $57).
- One refund per customer. The guarantee exists so a real try is risk-free, not for repeat purchasing and refunding.
- After the refund your library access key is deactivated. Anything you saved or printed along the way stays with you.
- For EU consumers: this voluntary guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights. As described in our Terms, the statutory 14-day withdrawal right for digital content is waived at purchase because access is delivered immediately, but this 30-day guarantee is longer and applies regardless.
