These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of The 30-Day Junk Challenge and the junkdiets.com recipe library (the "Product"), operated by VET HOUM EOOD, a company registered in Bulgaria ("we", "us"). By purchasing or using the Product you agree to these Terms.
The Product is digital content: a 30-day meal plan, an online recipe library with calculated calorie and macronutrient values, and, depending on the package you choose, additional digital extras (shopping lists, a Notion planner template, printable cards). Access is delivered online through a personal license key sent to your email immediately after purchase. Nothing physical is shipped.
Payments are processed by our merchant-of-record partners (such as Lemon Squeezy or Paddle), who act as the seller of record for the transaction, handle payment processing and applicable taxes, and appear on your card statement. Every purchase is a one-time payment. There is no subscription, no trial that converts, and nothing renews automatically.
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product for your own household use. You may print recipes and plans for yourself. You may not resell, redistribute, publish, share your license key, or make the library or its content available to others, commercially or otherwise. We may revoke access in cases of abuse, such as shared or resold keys.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee described in our Refund Policy. For consumers in the European Union: because the Product is digital content delivered immediately, by completing the purchase you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you thereby waive the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal once access has been delivered. Our voluntary 30-day guarantee is broader than that statutory right and remains available to you.
The Product is nutrition education and recipes. It is not medical advice and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Results vary from person to person and no specific weight-loss outcome is promised or guaranteed. Consult a physician before significant dietary changes, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition, take medication, or have a history of disordered eating. Macro and calorie values are calculated per recipe as written and can vary with brands, substitutions, and portion sizes.
All content in the Product, including recipes as written, photography, text, and design, is owned by or licensed to VET HOUM EOOD and protected by copyright. These Terms transfer no ownership rights to you.
We host the library online and intend to keep it available indefinitely, and we may update, add, or improve content over time. If we ever discontinue the online library, we will provide purchasers with a downloadable copy of the content included in their package.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or related to the Product is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria and applicable European Union consumer law. Consumers retain any mandatory protections of the law of their country of residence. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally may be brought before the competent courts of Bulgaria or, where consumer law so provides, the courts of your country of residence. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.
